I particularly wish to thank Nerida Baronne whose professional approach put me at ease at this important time. She was encouraging but never pushy - a trait all too common at other dealerships. Because in the time between contract and delivery, Nerida was on leave, other members of your Team took over the "customer care" role until she returned. This also was professional and seamless. All staffmembers are very pleasant, honest and helpful.
